The facility is near I-35, one mile north of Historic Old Town. Our property spans both sides of N. Mill Street south of Valley Ridge Blvd. and is easily accessible to residents and businesses throughout Lewisville, Highland Village, Hebron, and Flower Mound. The leasing Office is located at 940 N. Mill St. on the East side of the street.

Consumables: food or drink, combustibles, explosives, ammunition, flammables, and chemicals. Personal paperwork & firearms are not recommended.
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.
