Severing the nearby neighborhoods of Assumption Heights, Bellmar Estates, Northside/Northline, Watson & Taylor Self Storage provides affordable and convenient self storage units. We are one mile from I-45, which provides easy access to the rest of the Houston metro area.
Whether you’re storing extra items from your home or are entrusting us with inventory for your business, it’s important that we provide the best security we can offer for your self storage unit. We have numerous 24-hour surveillance cameras that cover the property and bright LED lighting that keeps our facility well-lit at night. Some units have individual door alarms and security beams to protect the exterior of the property.
Additionally, our facility’s gate requires individual gate codes to enter and exit, and many of the storage units are equipped with individual storage unit door alarms. At night, an alarmed beam surrounds the property.

Consumables: food or drink, combustibles, explosives, ammunition, flammables, and chemicals. Personal paperwork & firearms are not recommended.
Larger and more infrequently used items should go in the back of the unit. Remember to keep a walkway in the center of your unit to more easily access items. Always keep items labeled and a list of items stored, even a photo on the outside of each box will allow you to "see" what's inside.
